Haggai Podcast

Haggai was a prophet of the Old Testament. God sent him as a messenger to the people of Israel shortly after they returned to Jerusalem after decades of exile in Babylon and later Persia. The message that Haggai brought was for the people to return to the task which they had been sent to do. The people had been charged with the sacred mission of rebuilding the temple of God. But when the going got tough, they started focusing on their own houses and establishing their lives back in Jerusalem.

I think Haggai's message and mission is one that needs to be preached again today. Too many believers have placed God second in their lives or third or not at all. The heartbeat of this podcast is to echo the message of podcast. We are working to produce a study of the Bible that will help you learn how to dive into the passage for yourself so that you may know what God's will for your life.

Oh and one more thing. Part of Haggai's message was that the people return to their original mission of being a blessing to those around them. We want to help you learn how to share what you learn with others. If we seek to be true followers of Christ, we must follow him in His mission as well. Let us learn as well, to share the life changing truth of His Word with others! Discipleship starts now...
